In total, our catalogue contains more than 30,000 items, but of course the quantity is much less important than the quality. From the components themselves, but especially from the VAPO organization. You’ve got valves and valves

Designing an industrial process involves a lot of expertise. Sometimes you can go back to existing solutions and copy them in the design of a new installation. But as soon as it comes to innovation – of installation or product – additional knowledge is required. There are many variables that play a role in the selection of the right valve. Is gas or liquid flowing through the valve? What is the viscosity of the liquid? What’s the pressure? The volume? The flow rate? The temperature? What are its corrosive properties? Is there a risk of fire or explosion? Increased risk of wear and tear? How often and how quickly should the valve be opened or closed? All these and other circumstances influence the choice of the right valve or valve.

Advisory service with experts

Even as an experienced engineer, you can’t know everything. There are also a lot of things in process technology that we don’t know about. But we do know everything about valves. We are happy to take all the time we need to give you thorough advice on where and when to use which valve and with which actuator and accessories.

Plus design and assembly

It may happen that the very best solution for controlling your process does not yet exist. That we have to build combination of components together to be able to do exactly what you want to happen. In that case, too, you do not rely on VAPO in vain. In our workshop, we put together exactly the combination you need based on a large library of CAD drawings and our catalogue. In this way, we supply you with a complete installation component as a plug & play solution, ready for use in your process. It’s not for nothing that we say: “Own the flow, with VAPO”.

Testing for reliability

The standard products in our warehouse come from the very best brand manufacturers and are therefore absolutely in order. However, as soon as we design and assemble something tailor-made for your process ourselves, we are responsible for the operational reliability of this installation component. In our own test lab, the pressure tests up to 110 bar (g) can be performed with water and nitrogen. This is how we ensure that we deliver the very best quality. All products you order from Vapo Techniek are subjected to a full function test before shipment according to your specifications.
