Our catalogue contains more than 30,000 items, but quantity is, of course, less important than quality. That goes for the components, but especially for the VAPO organization. VAPO and the production companies we work with offer a great deal of relevant knowledge. Not all valves are created equal.

Designing an industrial process requires considerable expertise. Sometimes, you can revert to an existing solution and copy it into the design of a new installation. But innovation – in the areas of installation or product – requires additional knowledge. Many variables play a role in selecting the right valve. Will gas or liquid pass through it? What is the viscosity of the liquid? Under how much pressure? The volume? The flow rate? Temperature? What are its corrosive properties? Is there a risk of fire or explosion? Increased risk of wear and tear? How often and how quickly will the valve be opened or closed? All these variables and more influence the choice of valve.

Expert advisory service.

Even the most experienced engineer, can’t know everything. There is much in process technology that we don’t know about. But we do know everything about valves. We are happy to take all the time needed to offer you thorough advice on where and when to use which valve, with which actuator and accessories.

Plus design and assembly

The best possible solution for controlling your process might not exist yet. We may have to combine components to make exactly what you need happen. In that case, too, you’re safe with VAPO. In our workshop, we’ll put together the exact combination you need based on a vast library of CAD designs and our catalogue. In this way, we supply you with a complete installation component as a plug & play solution, ready to use in your process. We say: “Own the flow, with VAPO” for good reason.

Testing for reliability

Standard items in our warehouse come from the very best brand manufacturers and are therefore of the highest quality. However, as soon as we design and assemble something tailor-made for your process, we are responsible for the operational reliability of this installation component. In our own test lab, pressure tests up to 110 bar (g) can be performed with water and nitrogen. This is how we make sure tto deliver the very best quality. Every product you order from Vapo Techniek is subjected to a full function test according to your specifications before shipment.
